Eurowings Basic includes a 40×30×25 cm under-seat bag. A 55×40×23 cm large bag up to 8 kg is paid in Basic, included in Smart and BIZclass.
Eurowings separates a small under-seat bag from a large cabin bag. The small bag is included with Basic, Smart and BIZclass. The large bag depends on the fare.

The small bag must fit under the seat. A purse, laptop bag or small backpack can qualify if it fits 40 × 30 × 25 cm. A standard overhead suitcase needs the large-bag entitlement, which is a separate purchase on Basic.
Costs and checks
Eurowings lists an add-on price for a large bag in Basic, but the amount depends on route and booking conditions; use the current quote for your flight rather than a fixed site-wide estimate. The airline says it checks bag size and number and may place a non-compliant bag in the hold for an additional fee. A compliant bag may also be placed in the hold without charge when a flight is full.
For an infant aged 0–23 months sitting on a guardian's lap, Eurowings says a second small under-seat bag is included. Its published hand-baggage page also describes the usual 100 ml liquid-container and one-litre transparent-bag rules; airport security rules can vary by departure airport.
