Pegasus Carry-On: Light, Cabin Bags and Domestic Flights
Pegasus: 55×40×23 cm and 8 kg when included; international Light has only a 40×30×15 cm, 3 kg small bag.
Pegasus separates international/North Cyprus bookings from standalone domestic flights in Türkiye. A cabin bag is 55×40×23 cm, up to 8 kg; the international underseat bag is 40×30×15 cm, up to 3 kg.

International connecting journeys keep the international allowance on the connected domestic leg. A checked-baggage purchase is not a cabin-bag purchase. Light cabin options have a quota; if unavailable, baggage must be checked under the applicable conditions.
Measure, select and check
Measure the packed exterior and weigh each bag. Older Pegasus documents show 20 cm depth, but the current Turkish and English General Rules use 23 cm. In the checker, Basic represents international Light. Use Selected class/Economy for an included domestic main bag; the tool has no route selector and must not be read as granting another domestic personal item.
At boarding, rule 9.2.10 sends excess size/pieces to the hold for TRY 1,600 domestic, TRY 1,800 North Cyprus or €50 on other international flights. These are specific boarding cases. Counter rule 9.2.11 differs between Turkish and English; the Turkish original prevails. Do not treat either as a universal cabin add-on price.
Infants and contents
Infants have no own cabin allowance and cannot buy one. Their 10 kg checked allowance is separate. With a stroller and car seat, only one equipment item is free; confirm hold carriage and airport-specific return. Check departure and transfer security rules for liquids, medicines and baby food.
