Allowed (size not specified)
One additional free small item under the seat. The carry-on page gives 35 × 32 × 18 cm as reference dimensions of the underseat space, not a guaranteed bag-size allowance. No numeric separate personal weight established.

Official baggage policyCheck cabin bag dimensions, weight and personal-item limits separately. A bag has to pass every published limit at once; being under the length and width limit does not help if the depth, weight, or fare-specific allowance is tighter.
Editorial signal only. Leave margin instead of relying on discretionary gate behavior.
International/regional:containers up to 100 ml in one transparent resealable 1 L bag. Domestic flights have different restrictions:ordinary liquids are prohibited, with specified personal-use cosmetics/toothpaste/shaving-cream and infant/medical exceptions subject to screening. Do not apply the international rule universally; confirm current airport requirements.
The ordinary carry-on table excludes infants; journey food, diapers and specified baby equipment are additional. Confirm booking eligibility, fare and any own-seat arrangement; no universal 10% international fare established by this review.
One portable folding stroller up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm can be carried free with an infant when suitable for cabin stowage. Larger strollers must be checked; no universal aircraft-door handover/return guarantee established.
An infant cradle or approved child/infant restraint is listed with infant equipment; restraint use requires the child to occupy a seat and meet operator/approval conditions. Do not infer a universal free-hold car-seat service from this cabin provision.
Ordinary non-infant passengers use the published class allowance. Confirm child booking and accompaniment conditions with the airline.

Power banks and spare batteries stay out of checked baggage and overhead bins; protect terminals, keep switched off, and do not charge or use them in flight. Maximum two power banks; capacity and airline-approval rules apply. Domestic flights prohibit power banks without clear 3C marking or from recalled models/batches. Confirm actual operating-carrier rules.
Rules can change. Always verify with China Eastern Airlines before flying.
