SunExpress Carry-On Rules: Size & Weight Limits (2026)

SunLight includes one underseat bag up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 4 kg. SunValue, SunEco+ and SunComfort include one main bag up to 55 × 40 × 23 cm and 8 kg. Use the actual fare name in your booking.

Choose the right allowance

The current table does not establish a second free personal bag alongside the main bag. Do not assume a separate backpack is included. Measure the full packed exterior conservatively; the reviewed page does not explicitly define wheels and handles.

A SunLight passenger can buy the specific 8 kg hand-baggage allowance. Buying Extra Baggage adds checked kilograms, not cabin weight. A generic priority benefit is not proof that this cabin product was purchased.

The SunExpress checker defaults to SunLight. For an included or purchased main bag, select its allowance. Compare connecting operators separately with the route checker.

Prices and excess

The hand-baggage page quotes the add-on from EUR 19.99; the checked-baggage table has lower route-specific starting prices. Confirm the booking quote. The airport-price page lists EUR 80 at the gate for excess hand-baggage size or weight; other SunLight check-in charges differ by route and currency. No universal EUR 20/50 pair or guaranteed percentage saving is established.

Children and liquids

The infant allowance on the checked-baggage page is 20 kg on international flights except SunLight, or 15 kg within Türkiye. These are not extra cabin kilograms. Pushchairs, travel cots and child car seats travel in the hold without an additional charge; confirm handover and collection.

Ordinary cabin liquids use containers up to 100 ml in one transparent resealable one-litre bag. Necessary medicines and baby food have stated exceptions. Check transit screening and restricted items separately. Neither a holiday package nor a suitable bag size guarantees approval of every item.
