Flair Airlines Carry-On Rules: What You Need to Know

Flair includes one personal bag; overhead baggage requires booked entitlement. Check both the dimensions and the weight, then confirm what your ticket includes.

Two separate allowances

Do not use the older 16 cm personal-bag depth or assume the small bag has no weight limit. Measure the packed bag, including its protruding parts conservatively: the reviewed main page does not explain a separate wheel or handle exemption.

Read the booking, not just the bundle name

Flair’s current bundle sections call the personal-only option Basic, formerly Bare. Lite, Plus and Pro list a carry-on. However, a comparison lower on the same official page still uses the older names, including Basic for a cabin-included bundle now named Plus. This is a source inconsistency, so an old “Basic” label alone cannot settle your allowance.

A purchased carry-on, whether separate or bundled, includes Flair Express. Confirm the baggage line for each passenger and flight before selecting an allowance in the tool.

Check the free personal bag, or check a purchased cabin bag. Selecting a paid option in CarrySizer does not buy it from Flair.

Fees and bags that exceed the limit

Use the current booking quote. The baggage page separates purchase stages and quotes charges per passenger and flight; departure currency and taxes matter. CarrySizer leaves the exact fee unknown rather than substituting a fixed charge or zero.

An oversized or overweight cabin bag must be checked. Paying for cabin access does not make an over-limit bag acceptable onboard. Keep essential documents and any items restricted from checked baggage accessible if you may need to hand over the bag.

For a connection, check all operating airlines. A different airline’s allowance does not enlarge Flair’s limit. Review security restrictions separately from baggage entitlement.
