flydubai cabin baggage: 7 kg, Lite and Business rules

All flydubai Economy fares, including Lite, include one 55×38×20 cm cabin bag up to 7 kg. Lite excludes checked baggage; it does not exclude the main cabin bag.

Business and personal items

Business allows two main bags, 7 kg each and 14 kg combined. One laptop bag, small handbag or satchel may measure up to 25×33×20 cm and must fit under the seat. It is part of the allowance, not extra weight. Weigh all cabin items, including duty-free purchases; moving things into the personal item does not create more allowance.

If the bag exceeds the limit

At check-in, repack within your checked allowance or check the bag with applicable charges. At the boarding gate, flydubai publishes AED 200 /USD 55 per excess item, with possible local fees or taxes. This is not a larger-cabin-bag purchase. Remove power banks, spare batteries, valuables and essential documents before hold carriage.

Travelling with an infant

Where the fare includes baggage, the page lists 5 kg infant hand baggage under 55×38×20 cm and 10 kg checked baggage; confirm your booking. Stroller acceptance depends on hold/cabin conditions and has a visa-change exception. Do not assume free gate return or a free extra car seat. Liquids require containers up to 100 ml in a clear resealable bag; check local screening rules.
